Morpheo offers a 7-day trial for $1.00 USD. The trial gives you full access to all features. You may cancel at any time during the trial period to avoid being charged the monthly subscription fee of $19.90 USD.
We offer a full refund of your most recent charge if requested within 14 days of the billing date. This applies to both the initial trial charge and any subsequent monthly renewals. Refund requests made after 14 days of billing are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Since payments are processed by Paddle.com as our Merchant of Record, refund requests are handled directly by Paddle. You can contact Paddle support at paddle.com/support. Alternatively, email us at hello@morpheo.space and we will coordinate with Paddle on your behalf. Eligible refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not automatically issue a refund for the current period. If you also want a refund for the current billing period, please contact us within 14 days of the charge.
Partial month refunds are not offered for mid-cycle cancellations outside the 14-day refund window.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are subject to Paddle's refund processing times and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
