By accessing or using Morpheo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Morpheo is a web-based sleep wellness application that provides sleep tracking, guided meditations, sleep sounds, breathing exercises, and circadian rhythm insights. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
Morpheo offers a 7-day trial for $1.00 USD, after which your subscription automatically renews at $19.90 USD per month. All payments are processed by Paddle.com (paddle.com), which acts as our Merchant of Record and authorized reseller. When you purchase a Morpheo subscription, you are purchasing from Paddle, who handles billing, tax collection, and after-sales support on our behalf. By starting a trial, you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting Paddle directly at paddle.com/support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until the end of the paid period. As Merchant of Record, Paddle also provides a direct cancellation link in every billing receipt.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account with others, attempt to reverse-engineer the Service, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Morpheo is a wellness application and is not a medical device. The content and insights provided are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional for any medical concerns related to sleep.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Morpheo and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Morpheo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
